We currently ship domestically throughout the United States.

Returns Policy

At Sybil Wellness, our goal is to help you destress your life through safe, healthy, and effective remedies. We stand behind our products and how they work, yet we understand that not every solution is for everyone. If for any reason you are not happy with our products or there is an issue with your product upon receiving it, please let us know within 30 days of receiving your order. We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products that are in new condition only.

Important Notes:

  • Please allow up to 14 days of using our products before assessing their effectiveness. New customers should consider giving adequate time for full results before requesting a return.

  • Refunds are processed within 5 business days after receiving the returned product.

How to Initiate a Return

  • Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order via our Contact Page.

  • If your order arrived damaged, please contact us within 72 hours to report the issue.

Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • We do not charge any restocking fees.

Exchanges

We do not accept exchanges. However, if your product arrived damaged, we will replace it free of charge.

Damaged Deliveries

If your order arrived damaged in any way:

  • Contact us within 72 hours of delivery.

  • We will provide you with a return shipping label to send the damaged product(s) back to us.

  • Once we receive the damaged product(s), a replacement will be sent out promptly.

Shipping Costs

  • Free shipping is offered on all orders $100+ and on all discovery-sized products.

  • Shipping costs for other orders are calculated at checkout based on rates provided by the shipping carrier.
