Shipping & Returns
Our goal at Sybil Wellness is to help you destress your life through safe, healthy, and effective remedies. We stand behind our products and how they work, yet we understand that not every solution is for everyone. If for any reason you are not happy with our products or there is an issue with your product upon receiving it, please let us know within 30 days of receiving your order and we will give you a full refund. Please note, oftentimes it can take up to 14 days of using our products before the full effects are realized. We ask that return requests for new customers/products allow adequate time before requesting a return.
There is an issue with my product, what should I do?
If your order arrived damaged in any way we will replace it. Simply, contact us within 72 hours of a damaged delivery and we will help.
We will provide you with a return shipping label so the damaged product(s) can be returned to us. Once we receive your damaged product(s) a replacement will be sent out to you.
