Our Story

Meet our Founder and learn how Sybil evolved.

From a very young age one of my greatest passions was dancing. I found immense joy in practicing each and every day.  Fast forward to when I was 23, I was unfortunately a passenger in a serious car accident that left me with a permanent foot and ankle injury. After six successful surgeries over the period of a year and a half to restore my mobility I was determined to accelerate my healing beyond what my doctors were promising.  Grateful to my background in dance, I was very in-tune with my body and knew it needed more—something that a traditional approach to healing wasn’t offering me. This began my life-long journey into exploring the limitless possibilities that exist in the realm of alternative self-care and wellness.

Now, nearly four decades later, I feel that I have mastered a more holistic approach to wellness—balancing low impact workouts and good nutrition with remedies that have helped me unlock my best self, both mentally and physically.  Seeking my next chapter and embracing a passion to learn more, I began following scientists and experts who are concentrating on the cutting edge progress in the field of functional health and longevity. From this base of knowledge, I created Sybil Wellness with the intention is to share this new generation of wellness with you - because everyone has the potential to feel their best today and secure the promise that they will continue to be their best self tomorrow.

To you and your health,
Molly

"Life constantly challenges us with anxiety, sleeplessness, stress, and the list goes on. I don't like feeling anxious, wondering if I'll be able to sleep at night or if I can do the things I love doing. The older I get, the stronger my desire grows to hold onto this feeling of youthfulness as much as possible. Sybil is my self-exploration turned ritual that has genuinely changed how I experience and welcome each and every day."

— Molly Blasier, Founder of Sybil Wellness

Sybil is paying attention to the science for you.
